Anatomy of the Soul

In Anatomy of the Soul, the artist approaches portraiture as an act of witness rather than likeness. Developed through conversation with each subject, the works render interior states—memory, identity, and emotional truth—through symbolic figurative realism. These works dissect essence—what animates us, what anchors us, and what quietly defines us beyond physical form. Absent of contemporary objects or external narrative cues, the figures exist in a suspended space where the inner self becomes visible.
